Promotions & Store Optimisation

Build AI-powered promotions, optimise your Shopify storefront structure and structured data, manage AI-generated media, and use market intelligence to sharpen your competitive positioning.

1. Dynamic Promotions

The Dynamic Promotions page is noryX's AI-powered promotion builder. It combines inventory signals, sales data, and AI content generation to help you build targeted promotional campaigns that are timed and scoped to what is actually ready to promote in your store.

Creating a promotion

    Open the navigation menu in the top bar and select Dynamic Promotions.

    Click New Promotion. Choose a promotion type (clearance, seasonal, new arrival, bundle, or custom).

    Select the products to include — noryX suggests candidates based on inventory signals (see Promo Products below).

    Set promotion rules: discount percentage or amount, start date, end date, and any weekly limits.

    noryX generates promotional copy for the campaign. Review and edit as needed.

    Optionally, add a video or audio component to the promotion asset.

    Activate the promotion. noryX monitors performance and surfaces results in the Dynamic Stats Board.

Video and audio components

Dynamic Promotions supports adding AI-generated video and audio assets to promotional content. These are generated from the selected products and promotion copy, and can be used across social media, email, and on-site placements. Video and audio generation is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

2. Promo Products

The Promo Products page helps you select the right products for your current promotions. noryX scores your catalog against promotion readiness criteria — products that have sufficient stock, are trending or have promotional urgency, and have good conversion potential are ranked highest.

Use Promo Products to:

  • View AI-ranked product candidates for your active or upcoming promotions
  • Filter by collection, tag, promotion type, or inventory status
  • Add selected products directly to a promotion being built in Dynamic Promotions
  • See why noryX is recommending each product (the supporting data signals)

Promo Products works in conjunction with Dynamic Promotions — you can switch between the two pages while building a campaign without losing your in-progress work.

3. Dynamic Storefront Optimisation

Dynamic Storefront Optimisation (DSO) analyses your Shopify theme and store structure, then generates recommendations and implementations to improve your store's technical SEO, user experience, and search engine visibility.

What DSO covers

Structured data (JSON-LD)

noryX generates and injects Schema.org structured data into your Shopify theme for products, collections, breadcrumbs, and your organisation — enabling rich results in Google Search.

Theme analysis

noryX audits your Shopify theme files for SEO and performance issues — missing heading structure, unoptimised image loading, and accessibility gaps.

Store layout recommendations

Based on GA4 behavioural data, noryX identifies layout or navigation changes likely to improve product discoverability and reduce bounce rates.

Collection structure

Recommendations for restructuring collections based on how customers actually navigate your store, informed by GSC query data and GA4 click paths.

DSO changes that affect theme files require your review and approval before being applied. noryX shows you a preview of any proposed theme change before applying it.

4. Media Manager

The Media Manager page is a library of AI-generated product media — images and visual assets created by noryX for your catalog. These assets can supplement or replace existing product images for products that lack high-quality photography.

From the Media Manager you can:

  • Browse all AI-generated media assets by product or collection
  • Request new AI-generated images for specific products
  • Preview assets before applying them to Shopify product listings
  • Apply approved assets directly to your Shopify product media library
  • Delete unwanted generated assets from the noryX library

AI media generation is available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Image quality and style consistency improve when your brand voice profile is configured in Administration.

5. Market & Competitor Intelligence

noryX includes four strategic analysis pages that give you a structured view of your competitive environment and market opportunities.

Business Environment

A macro-level analysis of the market forces affecting your store — including category trends, demand signals, and external factors relevant to your product segments. Use this page for quarterly strategic reviews.

Market Segment

Positions your store within your product category — who your customers are, what segments you serve best, and where there are underserved segments you could address. Informs product development and marketing targeting decisions.

Competitor Insights

Benchmarks your store's search visibility and product positioning against competitors in your category. Identifies keyword gaps where competitors rank but you don't, and surfaces products where your positioning can be strengthened.

Sales Promotion Opportunities

AI-identified promotional opportunities based on seasonal patterns, inventory positions, and competitive gaps. Provides a prioritised list of promotion types and timing recommendations specific to your store.

Market and competitor intelligence pages are refreshed regularly by noryX. The timestamp of the last refresh is shown at the top of each page.
